On Friday, October 5th, 2018, the Board of Trustees unanimously approved Regis University's Campus Master Plan. The Board of Trustees, along with the Cabinet and Technical Advisory Committee, provided guidance for a year-and-a-half long process that included nearly 1,200 active participants, over 750 survry respondents, 20+ active listening sessions and focus groups, and three at-large community meetings.
The University summarized the project below:
"A Master Plan creates a long term vision of how to develop the physical campus, such as the location and uses of existing and future buildings, landscape elements, and transportation solutions.
Big things are in store for the redevelopment of Regis University's Northwest Denver Campus. Over the past 18 months, the University has undertaken a deliberate conversation on the future of the Northwest Denver Campus Master Plan.
In 2017, Regis University selected MIG and Durand-Hollis and Ruppe the architecture firm that will bring the strategy to life and develop the Master Plan to create a 20-year vision for the physical development of the Northwest Denver Campus.
